“Music and the Brain”

and will include a panel discussion. Drawing on decades of clinical practice and research – and her pioneering work alongside the late neurologist and author Oliver Sacks – Dr. Tomaino will explore how music and music therapy can support individuals facing brain injury, disease, or trauma. Attendees will gain insight into the ways music impacts cognitive, physical, and emotional function, and how these techniques can be applied in real-world care.
